not planned

April 23, 2010

Happy weekend, Happy people.
Here’ are just a few random things I would like to share as you go off into the distance, hand in hand with freedom, and a huge smile on your face.

Random FIVE.

one.
Glee was beyond brilliant this week, with their Power of Madonna episode. My favorite part was their last number, the remake of Like a Prayer. Way better than the original, in my humble opinion.

two.
quote for today

a kiss is a lovely trick designed by nature to stop speech when words become superfluous.

three.
This is one of my favorite songs and acoustic renditions by Lykke Li of Dance Dance Dance. The cooler thing about it? Bon Iver helps out! And we all know how much we love them. So, enjoy!

four.
fix your Facebook settings, because well, privacy is not what it used to be.

New privacy setting for FB. As of today, there is a new privacy setting called “Instant Personalization” that shares data with non-FB websites and it’s automatically set to “Allow.” Go to Account > Privacy Settings > Applications + Websites > Instant Personalization, and uncheck “Allow”. (It’s an easy fix.) Please re-post because if your friends DON’T ‘UNcheck’ they will share your info w/out you OR them knowing it.

five.
shadows in the stairwell. (february 18)
This reminds me of this song:

The Killers β€” Shadowplay

BONUS:

Gleeeeeeeeeeee! I FREAKING love that last number from the Madonna episode. There were many good songs so I made a playlist affectionately called Gleedonna. πŸ™‚

“Somewhere in the English countryside in a stately manor Madonna is WEEPING.”
