twenty-six primaveras

June 12, 2010

First off, I know so many wonderful people, and I’m very proud to call them family and friends… such a blessing. Another birthday came and went, and it was truly awesomeness from beginning to end. Thank you God for being so good to me ๐Ÿ™‚

Twenty-Five was a year to remember.
It will be hard to top it. Lots of great, happy and also extremely difficult things happened, but all of it with a purpose. I was given the opportunity to do a lot growing up, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. So here’s to the even bigger 2-6.

In no particular order, here’s the list for this NEW year… because I’m a list kind of girl ๐Ÿ™‚ (picking up a few items from last year, because sometimes, 365 days go by too quickly.)

  • take my vitamins everyday
  • take on Portugues (knowing only the alphabet doesn’t count emily.)
  • save. save. save.
  • get new frames (finally!)
  • take more risks
  • Honduras x-mas visit
  • new running shoes… and use them.
  • pray the rosary more often
  • fight off daily negativity/word vomit
  • less talking, more listening.
  • strive to be more pure of mind
  • continue to help
  • rework portfolio (come on!)
  • finish abuelita’s recipie book
  • make more lunches.
  • continue to pray for him.
  • eat breakfast, DAILY
  • flickr account
  • be more focused at work
  • complain less
  • try to not over-think too much
  • pay off stuff…
  • work on those ‘second chances’
  • pick up futbol, like in the old days.
  • LIVE.
